Can I choose the exact pickup point?

You can tell us your preferred area and pickup type. We confirm the final available pickup location before placing the supplier order.

What if I do not have a Taiwan phone number yet?

We can help coordinate pickup instructions for students arriving without a Taiwan phone number.

What happens if I miss the pickup deadline?

Pickup deadlines are set by the delivery provider. Missed pickup deadlines caused by the buyer are not refundable.
