Store Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Move-In Ready store on My Room Abroad Taiwan. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Store Purpose

Move-In Ready helps students arriving in Taiwan order basic room and daily-living items, such as bedding, towels, pillows, quilts, and small household products. We coordinate purchase and pickup using third-party suppliers and pickup locations where available.

2. Products and Availability

Products are sourced from third-party suppliers. Product availability, colors, packaging, and supplier delivery timing may change. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to confirm a replacement, delay the order, or cancel and refund the affected item.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through PayPal or other payment providers enabled at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment authorization or payment approval is received.

4. Pickup Coordination

We will send your order to a pickup location, such as FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, or Shopee, near the Taiwan address you provide. After your order is placed, we will send you the exact pickup location and pickup instructions by email, phone, LINE, or WhatsApp.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a usable Taiwan address. Pickup timing depends on supplier delivery timing and pickup-location availability.

5. Pickup Responsibility

After we send pickup instructions, you are responsible for collecting the order within the pickup window. If an order is returned, expires, or cannot be collected because of incorrect customer information or missed pickup timing, additional supplier, redelivery, or replacement costs may apply.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because products are ordered from third-party suppliers after checkout, refunds are generally not available once the supplier order has been placed or the product has been delivered to the pickup location.

We may refund an order or affected item if the supplier cancels, the item cannot be fulfilled, or the buyer does not receive the product for reasons not caused by incorrect customer information or missed pickup.

7. Product Issues

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or do not receive your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or details. We will review the issue and work with the supplier where possible.

8. Third-Party Suppliers and Services

Products, pickup services, payment processing, and delivery services may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party platforms, pickup locations, payment providers, or incorrect information provided by the customer, but we will try to help resolve issues when possible.
