We coordinate your order around your Taiwan address and requested pickup date, then send you the exact pickup point and collection instructions after checkout.

Order at least 1 week aheadTo ensure you can pick up your order on your first day, please order at least 1 week ahead. We will cancel the order if we cannot meet your pickup date.
Pickup location chosen nearbyWe use a convenient pickup location such as FamilyMart or 7-Eleven near your accommodation.
Collect before the deadlinePickup windows are set by the pickup location. Items may be returned if the deadline is missed.
No Refund upon delivery to pickup pointOnce delivered to your pickup point, items cannot be refunded. Please double-check your items before submitting your order.
